The story begins with Jerry in an empty opera house wishing he could be a ballet dancer wishing he could be a part of the action when suddenly his wish is granted and the pair are whisked away to a fantastical land.

Everything is made from candy and toys which are alive, at first Jerry has the time of his life enjoying the magical surroundings and dancing with a toy ballerina in a musical box. As usual along comes Tom to cause a little mischief, this time he is accompanied by a band of naughty cats to crash the show. Tom and his group of miscreants kidnap the ballerina and wreak havoc on all the inhabitants of this holiday never-land, though with a little help from a mouse named ‘Tuffy’ and other angry toys, Jerry ay jut win the fight in the end.
